About Joel Espino

Joel Espino was born in sunny South Florida but at the young age of 4 moved to the Dominican Republic where he grew an appreciation for his Hispanic Heritage and was provided the privilege to experience his parents roots firsthand. Joel would ultimately move back to South Florida as a teen completing his High School career as a student athlete and FBLA club ambassador for Hialeah-Miami Lakes Senior High School. 

Always being attracted by numbers, Joel studied accounting principles and looked for which career path he could exercise both his passion for numbers and his calling to help others. This led him to a career in Real Estate. For 12 years, he has worked in the field specializing in long term rental investment for both residential and commercial investors. 

In 2020 he moved to Brevard County, which he now calls home, and is excited to help his current and future partners achieve their financial goals through Real Estate. Whether it be a new entrepreneur looking for the perfect space to launch their business, a savvy real estate investor looking to partner with a local expert or a first time investor who wants to be supported through their investment by a partner they could trust; Joel is here to answer your call.
