Over the past five years, he has channeled his skills into the real estate sector, focusing on single-family home investments and successfully completing numerous fix-and-flip projects.

As Esteban expands his investment horizon, he is now transitioning towards multifamily syndications, aiming to further build wealth and create sustainable investment opportunities.
